Veteran receives Quilt of Valor
On Dec. 13, 96-year-old Cy Feller (front), was given a Quilt of Valor honoring his service in the U.S. Navy. Feller was stationed in the Philippines during the 1940s. The quilt was made by Linda Benke and presented by Benke and Kim Tauke with Feller’s family present.
