Johnson & Johnson’s single-dose vaccine protects against COVID-19, according to an analysis by U.S. regulators today that sets the stage for a final decision on a new and easier-to-use shot to help tame the pandemic.
COVID-19 vaccine makers told Congress today to expect a big jump in the delivery of doses over the coming month after a rocky start to inoculations, and the companies insist they will be able to provide enough for most Americans by summer.
Some 260 more Dubuque County residents have received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine as of Tuesday, according to new data from the state, pushing the total who have received just the first dose over 8,000.
